sour cream & chive
Sauté onions in butter in a skillet until softened. Sprinkle with flour & cook 1 minute.
Stir in whole kernel & creamed corn. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in chives, sour cream and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Top with remaining ¼ cup cheese & crushed potato chips. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
