Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe dish. Place a graham cracker in the melted chocolate.

Flip to coat other side. Using tongs or a fork, remove & tap to let excess chocolate drip off.
