- 1 ½ cups plain yogurt of choice {I used 2% Greek but dairy-free would work, too}
- ½ cup milk of choice {I used almond milk}
- 1 scoop Barlean's Chocolate Silk Greens Powder
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons honey {to taste}
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ teaspoons Barlean's Culinary Coconut Oil
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and snap in the tops.
Freeze until solid.
When ready to dip, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, stopping to stir until melted and smooth.
Dip the pops into the chocolate {or drizzle the chocolate over the pops}. If adding any toppings to the pops, make sure to sprinkle them on immediately as the chocolate will form a hard shell quickly.
