White Chocolate Chai Latte! This sweet and creamy tea latte hits all the right notes: warm spices and a hint of richness from white chocolate.

- 2 cups water
- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 3½ ounces white chocolate chopped (I used Lindt White Chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan or in the microwave.
Remove from heat, and add tea bags. Steep for five minutes. Discard tea bags.
Using a saucepan or microwave, heat the milk until steaming.
Place chocolate in a small bowl and pour ¼ of steaming milk over chocolate - stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture into the hot milk; pour in chai and vanilla extract and stir.
Serve hot in tea glasses or mugs.
