1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2.Combine the all ingredients. *If the mixture seems too wet, add a handful of bread crumbs and mix together.
Form meatballs by scooping and rolling, or by using a handy dandy scoop like mine. Coat meatballs in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast 17 to 18 minutes until juices run clear.
