Baked Swordfish
Baked Swordfish! This quick and easy method for cooking swordfish produces perfectly cooked swordfish steaks, not to mention fast and delicious dinner!

- 4 swordfish fillets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Grease a baking dish with oil or butter.
Place swordfish steaks in the prepared baking dish. Brush the tops of the steaks with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. When the fish is done, it should flake easily with a fork.
Serve swordfish with desired sauce or topping, such as gremolata, tomato bruschetta or pineapple salsa.
