Ingredients
1cupStonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt {I used Whole Milk Vanillabut 0% or Low Fat Vanilla would work, too.}
1cupcoconut milk {againI used full fat, but you could use reduced fat if you prefer}
1 ½cupsfresh pineapple {you just need enough to make about 1 cup of pineapple puree}
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into the blender and process until totally smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer.
Freeze for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
Notes
To remove, run popsicle mold under warm running water to loosen before pulling out the popsicles.
