In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Scoop half of the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, add cream cheese, yogurt and peanut butter cups. Process until smooth.
Scrape cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the whipped cream and gently fold them together until uniformly mixed.
Scoop the mixture into a zip-top bag and snip one of the corners. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into each shot glass or container.
Pipe a whipped cream "ghost" on top of each serving. Use 2 chocolate chips to give each ghost eyes, and a candy-coated chocolate for the mouth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
