Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Stonyfield Whole Milk French Vanilla Yogurt
  • 3 Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

For Decorating:

  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Unreal Candy Coated Milk Chocolates

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Scoop half of the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of a food processor, add cream cheese, yogurt and peanut butter cups. Process until smooth.
  • Scrape cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the whipped cream and gently fold them together until uniformly mixed.
  • Scoop the mixture into a zip-top bag and snip one of the corners. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into each shot glass or container.
  • Pipe a whipped cream "ghost" on top of each serving. Use 2 chocolate chips to give each ghost eyes, and a candy-coated chocolate for the mouth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
