Vanilla Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 pint Driscoll's Raspberries
  • ΒΌ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Blend berries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Combine berry puree and sugar in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Simmer until slightly thickened and darkened, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Serve alongside rugelach.
