Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 3 cups frozen spinach thawed & drained of as much liquid as possible
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts drained & finely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt or onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese or your favorite cheese


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until somewhat chopped & ingredients are combined. (Do not puree unless you want a spinach & artichoke smoothie.)
  • Spoon spinach mixture into an oven proof dish. Top with your choice of shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through & cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.
