step 1

Sauté onion, garlic, cabbage & salt in olive oil in a large pot until softened - 5 to 7 min.

Stir in frozen hash browns & vegetable broth. Cover & boil, then reduce to simmer.

Scoop half of mixture into blender. Add milk, half & half and dill. Blend until smooth.

step 4

Add the blended mixture back into pot. Stir &  heat through completely. Garnish with extra dill to serve.
