Crunchy mini pretzels dipped in sweet caramel & rolled in crushed apple chips will be the highlight of your fall dessert table!
Prepare a baking pan by lining with a piece of parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Place the unwrapped caramels in a small bowl. Pour the heavy cream over top. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stopping to stir until completely melted and smooth.
Spread crushed apple chips out on a small plate. Dip half of the pretzel in the melted caramel, scraping off any excess on the side of the bowl to prevent dripping. Coat in crushed apple chips and place on lined baking pan.
Continue until you've used up all the caramel -- this makes 50-60 bites with just 15 caramels and one bag of apple chips!
Let the pretzels set for a few minutes before transferring to a serving dish {or your mouth!} or packaging.
Add crushed pecans, toffee bits or your favorite caramel apple add-ons to the mix before dipping for some extra special bites!
