Goat Cheese & Walnut Covered Grapes! Juicy grapes are enveloped in a creamy goat cheese spread and rolled in crunchy walnuts in this delicious, simple appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 ounces goat cheese room temperature
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese & goat cheese. A hand mixer can make this easier if the mixture is too stiff.
  • Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap, spreading it out a bit. Place a grape in the center of the mixture and fold the plastic wrap up around it to fully envelop the grape. Remove plastic wrap.
  • Roll the coated grape in walnuts to fully coat.
  • Place on a plate or in a container and refrigerate until set.
  • When ready to serve, pierce with toothpicks or decorative skewers.
