- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 ounces goat cheese room temperature
- 1 bunch grapes
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese & goat cheese. A hand mixer can make this easier if the mixture is too stiff.
Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap, spreading it out a bit. Place a grape in the center of the mixture and fold the plastic wrap up around it to fully envelop the grape. Remove plastic wrap.
Roll the coated grape in walnuts to fully coat.
Place on a plate or in a container and refrigerate until set.
When ready to serve, pierce with toothpicks or decorative skewers.
