Honey-Cinnamon Cream Cheese Stuffed Dates! Sweet, sticky dates are stuffed full of honey-sweetened, cinnamon-spiced cream cheese, then rolled in crunchy roasted pecans. A perfect snack or appetizer to prepare last minute holiday entertaining!

Ingredients
24pitted dates
4ouncescream cheesesoftened to room temp
1tablespoonhoney
¼teaspooncinnamon *
½cupchopped, toasted pecans
Instructions
Prepare 24 pitted dates by creating a small slit in the middle using a sharp paring knife. Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat together 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon honey and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon * until smooth. Spoon into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one of the corners snipped.
Carefully pipe the mixture into the center of each date until full and just peeking over the edge of the slit.
Place the ½ cup chopped, toasted pecans on a small plate. Gently dip the exposed cream cheese into the pecans and press lightly to adhere. Repeat with all of the dates.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use any spice or spice blend for these -- pumpkin spice or apple pie spice would be nice for the holidays, or perhaps even a chai spice blend.
