- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ⅓ cup cubed cantaloupe
- ⅓ cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup ice
Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with extra fruit or top with your favorite healthful extras like ground flax seeds and chia seeds.
