    FAQ's

Can cantaloupe be frozen for smoothies?

It sure can! In fact, using frozen cantaloupe can make for a thicker, creamier smoothie and require less ice. (You may want to add a little more liquid to help it blend.)

What are the health benefits of cantaloupe?

Cantaloupe is full of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and potassium as well as phytonutrients. They're also made up of 90% water, so they're a super hydrating snack or smoothie ingredient!
