Eggnog Dip

Eggnog Dip! The festive flavors of eggnog are infused into this sweet and creamy dip that's perfect for serving with fruit or cookies!

Equipment

  • 2 Small canning jars
  • Decorative paper or fabric for lids
  • Clear cellophane bags
  • Ribbons

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons eggnog
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum or bourbon or vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth with an electric mixer. (Start at low speed and work your way up so you don’t end up covered in powdered sugar!)
  • Spoon dip into a clean canning jar.
  • Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg & replace cap.
  • Package dip in clear cellophane bags with cookies for dipping. Tie with ribbon.
