- 1 French baguette about 12–14 oz, sliced into ¼-inch rounds (about 24 slices)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven and immediately rub each slice with the cut side of garlic. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Serve warm or at room temperature.
