Ingredients
8ouncescream cheese
¼cupvanilla Greek yogurt
½cupheaping mango chunksfresh, or frozen & thawed
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonlime zest
1tablespoonlime juice
For Garnish/Serving:
lime zest
graham cracker crumbs
lime slice
fresh fruit for dipping
Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mango chunks, honey, vanilla extract, lime zest and juice in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. (You may have to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.)
Scoop into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of extra lime zest and crushed graham cracker if desired. Top with a slice of a lime.
Notes
*Depending on the ripeness of the mango chunks, you may want to add a bit more honey. Sweeten to taste.
