Mango Lime Cheesecake Dip

Mango Lime Cheesecake Dip! You will have no problem with a platter of fruit for dessert when you get to dip them in this luscious, tropical concoction! Sweet mango and zesty lime shine in this easy dip that comes together in seconds.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup heaping mango chunks fresh, or frozen & thawed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

For Garnish/Serving:

  • lime zest
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • lime slice
  • fresh fruit for dipping
  • Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mango chunks, honey, vanilla extract, lime zest and juice in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. (You may have to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.)
  • Scoop into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of extra lime zest and crushed graham cracker if desired. Top with a slice of a lime.

Notes

*Depending on the ripeness of the mango chunks, you may want to add a bit more honey. Sweeten to taste.
