Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Vanilla Greek yogurt
- Mango chunks
- Honey
- Vanilla extract
- Lime zest
- Lime juice
Instructions
Place the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mango chunks, honey, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice into a food processor. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl. If desired, garnish with additional lime zest and crushed graham crackers. Finish by placing a slice of lime on top.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup heaping mango chunks fresh, or frozen & thawed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
For Garnish/Serving:
- lime zest
- graham cracker crumbs
- lime slice
- fresh fruit for dipping
- Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mango chunks, honey, vanilla extract, lime zest and juice in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. (You may have to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.)
- Scoop into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of extra lime zest and crushed graham cracker if desired. Top with a slice of a lime.
