Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out both sheets of dough to 9x9 inches, trimming the edges to make them a perfect square.
Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into 3 strips, each 3 inches wide. Cut each of those strips into three 3 inch pieces, leaving you with nine 3 inch squares. Repeat with other sheet to get 19 squares. Place them on the prepared pan.
Punch out a star shape in the center of 9 dough squares. Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry or blueberry jam in the center of the other 9 squares,, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Top the jam with a few berries.
Beat an egg & 1 tablespoon of water to make egg wash. Wet the border of each squares with egg wash. Top each with a star-punched square; gently push down around the edges.
Use a fork to crimp the edges of each pie to seal. Brush the top of each pie with the remaining egg wash. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Whisk powdered sugar & water or milk in a small bowl to make a glaze. Drizzle over cooled pies. Allow to set slightly before serving.
